The far-right Finnish minister for health said recently that Finland needs immigration to replace the nurses that are going to massively retire in 10-ish years (25% of them).

At the same time, there are plenty of young nurses who give up and start another kind of job, because the work conditions in health care are terrible.

So it seems that the far-right would rather accept immigrants than spend more money to improve the work conditions.
