Well, UK Masto’s… after yesterday’s rant about M&S… today I’ve been trying to change the bank account into which my several pensions are paid.

Two and a half hours later I’m pretty much nowhere. GAHHH!

I’m a person not a circus pony! (The hoops people, the hoops…)

I reluctantly uploaded my driving licence, then allowed access to the camera on my iPad but for some reason it didn’t ‘like’ my new bank account details! So all the jumping was for nothing and now I have to telephone… which we all know means god knows how long on hold…

These hurdles are why people remain with their original providers. It’s not inertia but fear of #bureaucracy and #incompetence Once more… GAHHHHH!
