Without these documents, a court may have to appoint a guardian to make decisions for you.
Families caring for someone with special needs have additional considerations, and those are worth planning for early.
The right time to plan is while you can still make these decisions yourself, before an illness or a move to long-term care makes it harder.

Except for the Sea Lions... which have decided to launch a sit-in at the MBARI complex. It has created quite a snarl around the bridges, even though some of the Lions are directing traffic:

いやまあ、せっかく自慢のメニューの写真撮ったけどどうにも美味しそうに見えない、プロに頼むのも伝手と金が…というのはわかる。
ただ構図はまあともかく、色合いについては画像編集ソフトで色温度上げるだけでいい。食べ物ならは鮮やかでおいしそうに見えるし、人物は健康そうに見える。
理由は簡単でスマホやデジカメの画像は、白いと推定されるものを白く写そうとして結果として全体的に白っぽくなるというだけ。
でもこういう知識、写真入門の本とかサイトに載ってないんですよね…
