Great, after the upgrade to kernel 7.2 hibernation, that worked without issues on this laptop for years, started failing at random: sometimes the machine doesn't turn off and if I force it off the next boot is a regular one. I have the feeling this happens if a lot of RAM and swap are in use (it's an 8GB laptop), when before it would have only failed to hibernate and returned to the desktop, but it's just a feeling. How do I debug this? Do I want to debug this? #fedora #hibernation #help

Hey #feditronics , my #pizza was underbaked due to this thing. What is it called?
It's a "PWM" switch from my oven. It switches off the power after some time, and then it switches on again. On the other side, the dial sets the interval.Only 2 pins of 230VAC. Must be electromagnetic?
The dial shows °C, but there's no thermal element involved at all. An in 230°C setting it switches off too much to cross 150°C.
I need to find out if this can be adjusted. Halp. -

Republican Rep. Michael McCaul says Trump has promised to sign the Russia sanctions bill if it clears the House. The House has passed the procedural rule allowing the measure to proceed to debate and a final vote. McCaul said he expects bipartisan support and described it as the strongest sanctions bill ever passed against Russia. He said the legislation would sanction Putin personally and impose strong tariffs on the five largest importers of Russian energy to pressure Moscow into negotiations.
