No Spa is Above the Law.
In 2023, Ontario Place for All (OP4A) challenged the Ford gov't's move to destroy Ontario Place & replace it with a spa.
But the gov't passed a law that extinguished OP4A's ability to proceed. The case was dismissed.
On Oct. 15, OP4A & others will present an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada, to strike down Ford's dangerously undemocratic law, that conveniently allows him to destroy Ontario Place.

@elliott4mp As an aside, I'm curious to know your position on the current US/Canada trade war. One of your former candidates, Zachary Tisdale, is on XItter and has been calling for Canadian annexation by the US repeatedly. I wonder if thats a position the Libertarian Party endorses.. and if they will repudiate him if not.

The govt-chosen developer doesn't seem to meet Infrastructure Ontario's own requirement that it have "the expertise, experience & access to capital" but Ford wedding guest Chris Bratty will help with funding. Hmm.

I predicted this bounce in the polls but will still be annoyed if Trump's trade war with Canada results in us re-electing our own little mini Trump.
