God I love my Spanish and Greek friends but like always when I get an infection I need to sit in pain for 2 weeks because doctors in those countries and more fling out #antibiotics like its candy. My mum sick in cancer have to lie in pain as they try to find antibiotics that still works because places like #espana and #greece just hand stuff out like its candy and now strains of bacteria are resistant... Gah!

Fantastic use of state funds. Such a simple idea with immense public and social benefits. We need more of this across the globe!

Such trials are only possible if state funding bodies are willing to identify the principal 'stakeholder' in public-health as the public; and not some abstract notion of market efficiency (which in most cases is tied to corporate profits). Alas.
