I have a cart full of #food to eat but lack the $350 to buy it, I have a cart full of personal care, hygiene, and household supplies but lack the $200 to buy it, I have a cart full of clothing that I need but lack the $400 to buy it, not to mention the rest of what I need to deal with, it is sad really, that in one of the wealthiest times in human history and in one of the wealthiest nations on earth, that anyone would be struggling with #poverty and #disability, and do so with so very little support at all, it really is sad that I have to beg for help that I most certainly never actually receive in any capacity to actually resolve the gapping growing hole of needs;

It gets rather old and disparaging having to beg day in day out for help that either never comes, or what does come and is gratefully received, is never enough to actually accomplish very much of anything leaving you constantly existing in scarcity, and as a disabled person existing in constant pain, poverty really amplifies the desperation and despair you exist in, again from constant pain to a body that keeps failing everyday in every way, your executive cognitive functions declining like a skydiver without a chute, every facet of your life becomes beyond overwhelming, the isolation from having no one in your life nor any support system at all is a burden no one should ever have to bear, yet I do, I cry out for help I scream out for help I beg for help and it simply is never there, $5million may seem like a big number, but when you look at it, it is not, first the cost of buying property and then building a forever home that will sustain and take care of you, I have the numbers worked out, and when all is said and done I should have $1.5million left, which works our around $37,00 a year for the next forty years, in 40 years I will be 88, assuming I live that long, $37,000 a year will empower me to care for myself cover my own expenses, and if by the Grace of God I could have more, I would be able to help others along the way, so maybe they don't have to suffer alone and as much as I have, from dinner tonight to taking a shower tomorrow, to having the security of my own forever home until I expire, your support right now means far more than you can ever fathom, so please, share support and embrace my plight with some compassion right now, thank you;

Am Pfingstmontag, 25.5.2026, fanden in unserer St. Concordia-Kirche zu Ruhla zwei Verabschiedungen im Gottesdienst statt.
In einer feierlichen Zeremonie wurde zunächst die Kantorkatechetin verabschiedet. Sie hat 20 Jahre lang mit Kindern und Familien gearbeitet und war zudem für die Kirchenmusik verantwortlich. Doch nachdem sie vor 25 Jahren in den Ruhestand getreten war, hat sie noch ein Vierteljahrhundert die Orgel bei Gottesdiensten, Hochzeiten, Trauerfeiern etc. gespielt. Dafür wurde ihr vom Superintendent des Kirchenkreises herzlich gedankt und ihr Engagement gewürdigt.

Die zweite Verabschiedung galt Pfarrer Reuther, der nach 22 Jahren Dienst in Ruhla Ende Juni 2026 in den Ruhestand geht.
Auch wenn sein Dienst in Ruhla endet, bedeutet das nicht das Ende des Bildungsprojekts in Ruanda! Der Ökumenische Eine-Welt-Kreis bleibt weiterhin bestehen und wird das Projekt in der gewohnten Weise fortführen. Mehr noch, Pfarrer Reuther bleibt Mitglied des Eine-Welt-kreises und wird die Leitung des Projekts behalten.

Beide Ruheständler hatten sich von den Besuchern und Gästen des Verabschiedungsgottesdienstes gewünscht, daß sie auf Geschenke verzichten, dafür aber eine Spende zu geben. Dafür hatten sie zwei Zwecke vorgegeben. Ein Zweck davon war unser Bildungsprojekt in Ruanda und wir sind dankbar für alle Spenden in Höhe von rund 800 Euro, die für unser Ruanda-Projekt gespendet wurden.

The second farewell was for Pastor Reuther, who is retiring at the end of June 2026 after 22 years of service in Ruhla.
Even though his ministry in Ruhla is coming to an end, this does not mean the end of the education project in Rwanda! The Ecumenical One World Circle will continue to exist and will carry on the project in the usual way. What is more, Pastor Reuther will remain a member of the One World Circle and will continue to lead the project.

Both retirees had asked the visitors and guests at the farewell service to refrain from bringing gifts and instead to make a donation. They had specified two causes for this. One of these was our education project in Rwanda, and we are grateful for all the donations totalling around 800 euros that were made to our Rwanda project.

On average it is taking a full 2-3 hours for my systems to fully engage everyday, when I first drag myself out of bed I can barely see that lasts 30-45 minutes before my blurry eyes clear and I can somewhat see, my ankles knees and legs at first are stiff rigid dead weights that can take a full 2 hours before I can actually move normally, my stomach slowly becomes active and after 3 or 4 times to the throne it is finally online completely, my hands well they seem to struggle all the time now, my mind my brain seems to take at least 2 hours before I can fully process anything at all, aging with chronic fatigue constant pain being disabled and existing in poverty all take a horrible toll on the body and mind that so many either can not or chose not to see, and when your alone in life all those things add up hard and fast making every day a monumental task just to be, my existence to say the least is a battle of spite because I have long lost the strength to fight, the decline is constant and unforgiving, the loss of executive cognitive function is exhausting and having nothing more than a rather mundane and depressing routine, to try and stay the course in itself is burdensome, so many are clueless to the extreme difficulty I experience every single day, and in my 48 years of life so far, I have found people in general truly don't care, until it is themselves that are trapped in a well of disfunction and despair, they won't take the time to offer any support when support is asked , leaving a already tumultuous existence a rather bleak endeavour:

After another sleepless night of pain it took the old man over 2 hours to drag his stiff breathless lifeless corpse out of a sunken bed of jagged thorny rocky steel and glass, unable to yet see as the classical music plays he scrapes his rigamortis inflicted corpse off to prepare the coffee as his hands shake and tremble he pours in the water and counts the scoops of grind after fumbling he manages to plug in the percolator, as the coffee begins to perc he shuffles off to the toilet where his bowels bellow ou in a hungerous rage, in the mirror foggy minded and staring blankly into the abyss his reflection and his disheveled hair and beard far to tired to care he stumbles back to his bed, where he struggles to pull on his socks and pants, he slips on his slippers and pours a cup of coffee and gently packs scraps of tobacco into his pipe and steps out the door, the glaring sun and steamy heat hits him like a wall of defeat, as the world is running to and fro not a soul takes notice of the hell the old man is forced to endure yet another day;

It gets rather old and disparaging having to beg day in day out for help that either never comes, or what does come and is gratefully received, is never enough to actually accomplish very much of anything leaving you constantly existing in scarcity, and as a disabled person existing in constant pain, poverty really amplifies the desperation and despair you exist in, again from constant pain to a body that keeps failing everyday in every way, your executive cognitive functions declining like a skydiver without a chute, every facet of your life becomes beyond overwhelming, the isolation from having no one in your life nor any support system at all is a burden no one should ever have to bear, yet I do, I cry out for help I scream out for help I beg for help and it simply is never there, $5million may seem like a big number, but when you look at it, it is not, first the cost of buying property and then building a forever home that will sustain and take care of you, I have the numbers worked out, and when all is said and done I should have $1.5million left, which works our around $37,00 a year for the next forty years, in 40 years I will be 88, assuming I live that long, $37,000 a year will empower me to care for myself cover my own expenses, and if by the Grace of God I could have more, I would be able to help others along the way, so maybe they don't have to suffer alone and as much as I have, from dinner tonight to taking a shower tomorrow, to having the security of my own forever home until I expire, your support right now means far more than you can ever fathom, so please, share support and embrace my plight with some compassion right now, thank you;

I have come up with a great little recipe I want to make when I have the money to buy some food to make it;

You start with 1lb elbow macaroni boiled to perfection with 1Tb of Pink Himalayan Salt as the water boils, pour in the elbows, cook for 6mins, they should be firm not crunchy and definitely not soft, then quickly rinse in cold water to stop the cooking, set in fridge for an hour or so to get cold, then dice up 1 can of Spam, add 1 can of Rotel 1 drained of the liquid can of chunked pineapple drained of the liquid, add enough mayo or miracle whip to coat it all, add 1 bag of coleslaw mix and 1 cup of raisins, then put back in the fridge and let it cool and the flavors mingle for a few hours, your going to enjoy this on a hot afternoon, it will be like a cool party for your mouth;

Then with 16oz's of pure moonshine, add 1 tangerine cut up 1 lime cut up 1 cup of sugar 1 half gallon of orange juice put all in the blender and blend very well, strain over a 1 gallon pitcher 3/4 full of ice and serve with a sprig of mint, and for desert as if you needed it, dice up 1 watermelon and 1 cantaloupe very quickly but evenly toast all of the fruit with a hot torch, drizzle generously with fresh local honey and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream;

This little meal will have you mouth dancing and on a hot summer evening it will taste amazing;

I am not a normal person, I am not really into gaming of any sort, there is a few things I enjoy time to time, I am not into sports persay, college football games between certain schools I tend to enjoy watching the occasional golf, I am not big on cards I used to know how to play pinochle and 21, although not so much anymore, and I was never into gambling, I could see the enjoyment of getting sloshed while playing endless hours of nickel slots, but really never was my thing, then you take into my isolation and more so my poverty and really all that is nonexistent, now why did I share that, the whole prediction market has a certain appeal, unless you actually have intelligence, it is fairly easy to predict the possible outcome of nearly anything, but these new markets are a scam zone that hone in on addiction and that is it, if you bet $1.00 on anything in the prediction markets, your best outcome is you get your $1.00 back, stick $1.00 in a nickel slot machine and you could end up with $100, $1000, $10000, or you go bust, prediction markets feed the narcissistic addiction I know something others don't the only true value in winning is I Told You So, to win a Million you have to bet a million, again the only pay off is feeding the narcissistic need of self validation before others, I feel bad for anyone wrapped up in the latest scam that feeds on addictive tendencies that a lot of people seem to have, there are better healthier ways to get that dopamine fix, go touch grass watch the stars come out and breath fresh air, anyways thanks for reading my useless rant;

The sensation of itchy burning eyes from the eternal exhaustion cause discomfort the very act of looking to see, the weariness of crippling fatigue weaken every muscle forcing every movement a labored deliberate action, the never ceasing pain that courses through one's body like a river of burning poison remove all ability to find respite, the mountain of need and the sea of scarcity, these all drown one's soul deep in the well of despair, for anyone is enough to overwhelm and bring a village to it's knees, and yet deep within this endless abyss there is me like a deeply rooted tree, facing wildfires raging winds and driving rains, forced to be standing beyond all reality, for no axeman nor natural offender, a defense of spite forces this overwhelming fight, where most would pee their pants and weep as a child in their mother's bosom, strong and tall expected am I to constantly weather it all, for there is no cover to shield my head, no wall to break the fiery winds that constantly advance, there is nothing but this endless abyss for an eternity I must embrace like a cold winters dress;
