here’s one reason real people answering phones are not a luxury for patients like me:
i keep remembering at the most inopportune moments that i need to go thru a 2FA theater, to log into my MDs #MyChart system, for Rx refills. so my #ADHD makes a mental note & forgets about it. hours later, my #autistic #anxiety kicks in when i remember i didn't go thru the whole 2FA theater to get my Rx.
being on hold, listening to muzak, keeping busy is less anxiety inducing than using that damn website.

I started the day an hour and a half later than I normally drag my corpse out of bed, I did not feel well rested, nor was I exactly tired, I made my morning coffee and slowly began the day, right from the start of my day, my anxiety was already really bad, and all day my heart has felt like it is trying to leap out of my chest, my blood pressure has been rather high all day, but around 9:30-10ish, I felt like I was climbing out of my skin, the weather although hot and humid, was actually bearable this morning, so I grabbed the weedeater and did some weeding on the landlords pond, as due to the heat my rent chores have not been getting done, anyways 1 tank of gas and about an hour later, I was warm not quite hot, sweating but not yet soaked, but my arms and my legs had it, as I walked back up to the building where my tiny cave is, there was a steady tingling pressure in my chest, I put the weedeater away, I brushed the grassclippings off, and went inside to grab a cup of coffee, and my pipe, I stepped back outside, and amazon was backing up to the gate, so I went out to grab what ever they were dropping off, turns out it was an axle for a boat trailer the landlord and his son is working on, I carried it on my shoulder up to the building, set it down, lit my pipe had some coffee, then opened the box and ended up helping to get it installed, I could barely get up and down from the ground, and an axle I just carried 300ft, I could not hold up to put a stupid ublot on, anyways in pain hot tired, the job got donish, I went in cleaned up a little, and all day a wonderful metallic acid taste has bothered me, my heart has yet to calm down, my anxiety is still bothering me, my bp has been far to high all day, I finally took a shower and I really feel no better,
I am exhausted, I am in pain, I really do not feel good, and I can not seem to get it across people's mind that I am desperately needing #financial support, as I have been begging and begging for help because existing in #poverty due to #disablility, simply does not afford one the luxury to live, in fact you are dam lucky if you can even exist at all, I have a mountain of need that is growing leaps and bounds each day I am neglected, and I can't even get 771 people to each help with an immediate to raise $771, little lone the actual $26,501 I need just to finally get my head above the water, never even coming close to the actual $1500 I need each month to actually live with just the bare basics, and the hope of raising $5million to cement my stability for the next 40 or so years I have to endure this rock, no no no, people are far to selfish to help those like me, and they so often assume someone else will help, not realizing help never ever comes;
