I can't say I fully understand it... especially the #rhabdomyolysis (muscle damage)?!?

The authors use a term I don't recognize and can't find a reference for...

Can anyone give a concise description of what this is? There are photos with the original article (a "hive-like" #rash) but none of this finding.
I'm thinking "cyclone" is a synonym for #urticaria or #hives. 🤷♂️

I’ve seen the allergist for atleast a decade. Despite him having me on two nasal sprays not once has he told me there’s a right way to use them. It took a very thorough urgentcare doc to teach me this and other things today.
