I recently shared about @DiaaMahmoud097's children and their illnesses. Well unfortunately, Diaa is unwell right now too. He suffered a dangerous fainting episode, the result of shrapnel lodged in body. The shrapnel causes these fainting episodes as well as severe bleeding. Diaa cannot afford the medications doctors prescribed him. Please help him, so he may live and continue to help his children.
