Je trouve le style épouvantable - ça me semble mal écrit même si je vois l'effort d'accessibilité, et le dialogue sonne faux à mon oreille - mais j'imagine que pour d'autres ça peut le faire bien
Sur le fond pour moi c'est trop pro médical et prescription de médocs, limite scientiste mais intéressant à partager que ça vulgarise un état de la science à jour, avec des études et méta-analyses récentes (24, 25, 26)

Today is a good day to remember that there are neurodivergent people who cannot alt text because of their neurodivergence. Harassing them, chastizing them, or excluding them bc they can't alt is, was always, will always be ableist.
