I said it before and people on Threads got BIG MAD but I'm going to double down:

"Going to therapy" is not a one size fits all and fixes everything solution. And the amount of MEN ON THE INTERNET who are now weaponizing "therapy speak" and telling women like me to "go to therapy" just as a means to shut me up ARE REALLY STARTING TO PISS ME OFF.

STOP RECOMMENDING THERAPY TO EVERYONE. IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT. SOMETIMES IT MAKES THINGS WORSE. AND IT CERTAINLY MAKES THINGS WORSE WHEN IT'S USED AS A SMOKESCREEN BY ABUSERS.

Sur le fond pour moi c'est trop pro médical et prescription de médocs, limite scientiste mais intéressant à partager que ça vulgarise un état de la science à jour, avec des études et méta-analyses récentes (24, 25, 26)
