Everyone exept #homeless people. This tent is illegal in public space from 8am to 8pm in #Portland #PDX and they steal them about once a week. The way they get around the theft of not having a warrent is they "keep things for 30 days".

Not to put too fine a point on it, but if we can't raise Atha and Inara the $750 to cover immigration bureaucracy within the next week, a cascade of problems will unfold that jeopardizes the future of not only Atha and Inara, but also the entire project of the Vulpibus. Problems including a $500 fine imposed in court, points on the license, more expensive insurance, inability to get paid work in the USA and probably inability to leave the USA for any chosen reason too. Problems also potentially including deportation of Atha back to the UK.
USCIS made a mistake and they are leaving it to us to pick up the pieces, and fast.

A couple of years ago there were some murders of homeless folks in the Capitol Hill area.
The murderer has been determined to be legally too mentally unwell to stand trial.
He's expected to be committed for an extended period.
The judged dimissed the case it seems "without prejudice" so in short.. if he ever proves he's sane enough to come out the loony bin... dudes still facing 2 counts of murder.
