Hey #pdx, any suggestions for a vegan restaurant or food cart in Portland that might be good with food allergies/restrictions? A fellow vegan friend from out of town is visiting and wants to meet for dinner. I have a ton of food restrictions so rarely eat out and my old standbys have all closed. I have a gazillion restrictions but the main ones are soy, corn, wheat (and derivatives), coconut, and all nuts/peanuts. Minor cross contamination is okay.

Good list! But people should keep in mind that the Willamette Week was a member of the Portland Business Alliance at least from 2019 to April 2023. They may still be, but they stopped appearing as a member on the PBA's web site after that month.Interestingly, during that time, in any article about the doings of the PBA or quoting a spokesperson, the Willamette Week never disclosed their membership to the reader.
