Imagine seeing that some neighborhoods don't have enough trees to make free leaf pickup cost effective, and rather than planting some fucking trees, you decide to just ignore those areas and save a buck.

Wow, the property values in #SouthTabor must now be high enough for #PDOT to come and pick up all our leaves right off the ground, and I no longer need to spend my time raking them into bins and bags like a chump.

oh, I forgot to mention with this uh ... 3 day long spring... I think #LeafDay was on like the 5th or 6th. Latest leafday on record (the record goes back about 5 years).

#leafday is the day when I observe maple leaf buds opening to reveal leaf! this tree was eager.
it's the earliest leafday so far in my 4 springs of recording leafday. -
