  7. Is there any “wiki” style project where one can refer to past events and disclosures about leaders, companies and celebrities after all “this blows over” in “a few years”?

I wanna know when I apply for a job in 2030 what the CEO said in 2021/22 before laying off all their staff. (Eg, Mullenwig, Zuckerberg suddenly pivoting back to sounding woke again)

I wanna know which Billionaire strong armed other businesses into dropping people like Mackelmore for calling for basic human rights so that I can decide if I want to fund their machine when I see a cool metal or folk band in 2028.

I wanna know how much money and political BS a VPN company was recorded doing when I have a subscription about to renew next year, and the year after, when they suddenly start advertising on all my favorite podcasts.

I wanna know which authors wrote smut and then silently ret-conned their ebooks by pushing an update to remove a sex scene from a smut book to conform to some outside pressure so that I don’t buy their next sci-fi or fantasy hit that is featured on all the media rounds.

I wanna know that people like Tucker Carleson took Fox’s money to spread election propaganda and hate and suddenly decided that criticizing Israel for human rights abuses will make him more money than spreading hate and suspiciously reasonable takes from their shows start flooding my social media algorithm.

I wanna know when an action camera company that is publicly stock traded gets purchased by a private company that sells “defense” industry products to any government interested in monitoring innocent people.

  12. «Reclaiming Dignity from the Margins: Maya Angelou and Sex Worker Pride Day»

    — APNSW 🌏

[Sharing this one below verbatim (Ion particular, no >quotes). :3]

    -

The life of renowned poet, author, and civil rights activist Maya Angelou stands as an enduring testament to human resilience and unyielding dignity. Yet, central to her lived experience was a chapter often met with societal reluctance: as a young single mother navigating severe systemic adversity, she engaged in sex work to support herself and her child. Rather than concealing this history, Angelou addressed it with profound honesty in her 1974 autobiography, Gather Together in My Name.
Celebrated globally each year on September 14, Sex Worker Pride Day serves as an intentional space to dismantle stigma and affirm agency, labor rights, and community solidarity. Angelou's openness regarding her past continues to offer transformative contributions to public discourse and human rights advocacy:

    1) Dismantling Stigma and Reclaiming Agency
By speaking openly without shame, Angelou fundamentally disrupted the notion that engaging in sex work diminishes a person's worth, intellect, or humanity. Her legacy demonstrates that one's occupation does not negate personal dignity, offering an empowering counter-narrative for sex workers worldwide.

    2) Enriching Empathy and Literary Depth
Experiencing life from the margins deepened Angelou's insight into human vulnerability and perseverance. This intimate understanding of economic survival enriched her literary masterpieces, allowing her to articulate the struggles of marginalized communities with unparalleled empathy and authenticity.

    3) Strengthening Movements for Justice and Labor Rights
Angelou's first-hand encounter with socioeconomic vulnerability reinforced her lifelong commitment to racial equality, gender justice, and worker dignity. Her journey underscores the core principle that "sex work is work", a reality demanding basic human rights protections, fair treatment, and freedom from systemic discrimination.

Angelou's journey serves as a powerful reminder that past survival choices cannot limit a person's future, leadership, or capacity for greatness. On Sex Worker Pride Day, the movement celebrates autonomy, resilience, and the inherent dignity that every human being deserves. Justice and human dignity must belong to everyone.
On this Sex Worker Pride Day, let us look beyond stigma and prejudice to recognize and stand in solidarity with sex workers' labor rights, safety, and self-determination. Together, we can foster an equitable world free from fear by sharing compassionate voices and building understanding within our communities.

  15. Welcome to the "Menu du Pripyat" ☢️

Working the night shift (11 PM - 7 AM) for 6 months straight with zero days off at a hotel is bad enough. But the real health hazard? Our head chef. I literally call his daily staff specials the “Menu du Pripyat”.

The man was committing actual culinary crimes on a daily basis, leaving my midnight dinner out on the kitchen counter in a 35°C+ environment for 12 hours straight before I could even touch it.

It wasn't cooking. Ιt was full-on uranium enrichment. I'm pretty sure the spinach rice was radioactive and the pork chops were mutating into new life forms by 3 AM. You literally needed a Geiger counter instead of a fork to eat that stuff.

My stomach survived a literal nuclear meltdown, but after a massive showdown with management, my dinner is finally, officially locked inside the fridge every single night.

OpSec applies to cybersecurity, but out here in the galley, it applies to your survival.
