No roasting of #coffee today because of the heat.
We have smokeless filtering that captures the carbon released from roasting (https://mastodonapp.uk/@roastinghouse/115008995540834583) but it still releases 30-40 degree hot air which when the air is already this temperature, doesn't help the surrounding area.
Having our own business makes us lucky enough to make our own schedule. We can keep cool, work at times when conditions are nicer, protect ourselves, and stay safe.
Shout out to those who don't have that luxury.
A middle finger to politicians, Epstein class, and uber rich who are sponsored by big oil and continue to kill the planet.
