Well...Suffer is a really STRONG word for it, dislike is probably more accurate to be honest. I just want something that is a bit more minimal and compact. Something like dinit or OpenRC.

As I am massively terrified of installing Gentoo at the moment, it really is going to be Chimera Linux as the live images are easier to install than the base...Just with limited options (this is fine). I plan on doing a fast and dirty install.

This will happen on Wednesday afternoon because I want to get into it with a proper amount of time. I will try OneKeePass and see if it is fine on my computer again. As there was something wrong with the reading of secrets a few months ago.

I want rebuildable solarpunk tech that can be infinitely upgraded and added onto without capitalistic intent

Do not abandon tech just make a blueprint for the better like we are using our bus as a template for the future we want to see with and by solar panels, up cycled tech weather the manufacturer wants it or not, jailbroken tech and modded everything, using old vehicles and repurpouse them for not just roads but being able to do anything without the carcentrism aspect, sharing media not caring about copyright, stripping enshittifacation out of everything, persistence even if stranded, working on a gene editing system for freedom of form for trans and otherkin folk, and also making those in power fear us (as has been demonstrated), and advancing science
