Die Grafiken und Themen auf https:\\mxpit.de genauso. Den Trackpass habe ich sogar mit #inkscape und #gimp gemacht.
Vielleicht ist KI aber auch so gut beim #webdesign und #develompment das es nun danach aussieht oder ich bin in einer Traumblase

In case you have this same problem...
xbindkeys + xte did not work to map extra mouse buttons to ctrl/shift. this is apparently a known issue.
then I looked for a #linux driver for my #logitech master mx 3s and found "logiops"....which did absolutely nothing I could detect
finally I found "solaar" which I guess is a more generalized #opensource logitech driver/management thing?
It can do a lot, including running a chain of "rules" tied to various actions
So now I can zoom #inkscape one handed!

Alle Grafiken des Spiels in einem Bild. Aber wie bekommt man die Kugeln eigentlich so schön glänzend?
Mit #Inkscape: Die Kugel selber ist nur ein Kreis mit einem Farbverlauf von innen nach außen. Dann kommt oben drüber eine ovale Figur mit einem Farbverlauf von weiß nach transparent. Unten halb rechts ist auch noch eine Figur für den glänzenden Punkt (bei grün schwer erkennbar). Das war schon alles 🙂

As a workflow experiment, I created the same button in both #Inkscape (first image) and #Blender (second image).
Inkscape gives more direct control over the resulting colours, and let me put highlights and shadows where I want them.
But Blender's result is shinier, and the workflow can be more efficient in the long run because I don't have to manually draw all the lighting and shadows.
Which result do you prefer?

#AskFedi Should I pay £15-25, greater, or a negotiable range for a logo, wordmark, and basic branding for a volunteer community group?
I'm commissioning these for our volunteer-run free and open-source software group, and paying out of my own pocket. I set the price range to £15-£25, which is slightly above the lower end listed at https://www.fiverr.com/categories/graphics-design/creative-logo-design (though now I realise that lists only minimum prices). Perhaps unwisely I said the price range is non-negotiable to avoid upsetting people via unnecessary back-and-forth.
*Most similar commissions on #opensourcedesign don't pay anything.*
Someone on Fedi said that price range would "offend plenty" and that I may as well make it free of charge (I won't do that instantly!). I'm not going to trust them immediately because [...no longer relevant...]

First time I've gotten Inkscape to load with the new #inkscape rendering engine.
Sure, the checkerboard colors are poxed, the page shadow has a fringe, none of the preview images load in practically any of the interface and it crashes super easily. Oh and it's noticeably slow.
But, hurray! Progress.

J'ai travaillé dans la presse et la "com" à une époque.
Bah écoutez j'utilise #gimp #Inkscape et #scribus et j'en suis très heureux.
Je n'en ai plus une utilisation aussi intensive, mais lorsque j'utilisais AI ou Topshop c'était bien 70/80 % des fonctionnalités.
Et bien on sert sort sans. c'est pas aussi facile (InDesign étant quand même hautement ergonomique sur la création), mais qui veut faire de la bicyclette sans transpirer hein ?
