  11. Had to laugh as our youngest (college age) just started "The Big Con" by Mariana Mazzucato and Rosie Collington. "Why do people keep hiring these companies", the kid asked. Exactly. So we talked about cognitive bias, CEO churn and lack of accountability, etc. Consulting is such a scam; talk about extractive services. I gave the book for Xmas and so am delighted about the impact.
