I'd match-up my devil-girl from the Reluctance Series with Honor Harrington from Dave Weber's Honorverse. These two determined persistent women think both tactically and strategically, and both weld power and empower people in complementary ways. I think the devil-girl, who doesn't particularly like interacting with people despite being so good at it—she would prefer to study a thaumaturgy—would strike up an interesting conversation once she realizes Honor can help her think through some of the military issues she's working through (well, will, in a sequel).
As an introvert, I've always been a keen observer, My Dinner with Andre-style. I'd take them out to a fine seafood restaurant (the devil-girl is a pescatarian daemon and doesn't eat meat) and do my best fly on the wall imitation.
