Did some light investigation into how much AI is used in publishing and publishers beyond that video I shared the other day, and in short, publishers love LLMs and it is so ingrained into the modern publishing process that if an author says they do not want LLMs to touch their book, they do not have any agency, they do not have the right to not consent, it’s impossible to avoid. Publishers also will mark you as uncooperative and hard to work with. If you see an author not getting publish today, it’s very likely they said no to LLMs. #WritingCommunity #Authors #AI #LLM
