This is the Hochkalter massif with Blaueis (German for "blue ice"), the northernmost glacier of the alps, in Bavaria, Germany.

It never was a big glacier; estimated to be ~25 hectares in 1820. Only ~5.2 hectares remained in 2018. It's surely even less nowadays. The photo is from July 2009.

Riemannhaus sits at the edge of the limestone plateau Steinernes Meer.
It now features a few kilometers of freshly marked hiking paths around the hut.
It was a nice weekend of volunteer work up there!
