For #SilentSunday I offer the sunlight filtering through this #CoastalRedwood #forest. I took these picture on the Rockefeller Loop Trail a couple of days ago. This is located in the Humboldt Redwoods State Park, one of the great #CaliforniaStateParks I visited this week. This is located in the Rockefeller Forest, reportedly the world's largest remaining contiguous old-growth forest of coastal redwoods. It’s near Weott, #California

Starry Night on Campus:
2016 was the last year of full operation at Saint Joseph's College (Indiana). Thanksgiving break was just a few days away, and while there were rumors the school was in real trouble, the crisis moment had not yet hit and everyone was beginning to get into a Holiday Mood.
Fall in Northern Indiana was in full swing at this point, with cool days and frosty nights; emphasized by crystal-clear skies and stars unusually sharp.
