Good day!
I went out for a short hike, maybe a few miles. I returned after 7.4 miles (11.9k) and 1,591 feet (485m).
That, plus a good night’s sleep last night, and editing now, is how I battle depression since I can’t take medication.

Good morning!
It felt like fall this morning at 57F (14C) for my walk. The deer were out in force--I must have seen seven or eight of them. It's way too early for mating season, but the deer were certainly acting frisky. I was huffed at and snorted at, and I really thought one of the males was going to charge at me for a moment. It must be the cool air.
#Today I'm going to write. I'm not going to think about doing anything else. Just write. I hope.

It's a bright sunny day outside #today - pleasant temperature and no wind to speak of.
I had a disturbed night, and am increasingly feeling rather under the weather this morning (I'm not going to embarrass me or you by describing what's going on)
I've done a couple of #housework jobs but I think I might just try lying down for a bit until this sorts itself out.
Sacha is at her exercise class until about 2. So no one will hear me complaining!
