Very good morning.
I was particularly down in the dumps yesterday evening - I'm expecting a more upbeat day #today as we're doing our usual Sunday allotment run.

Yesterday I came home from a really good couple of games of Petanque with bad backache & a sore armpit.
My back didn't respond easily to co-codamol but I found the cause - I'm still constantly having to involuntarily correct my posture because of my new centre of balance due my boobs (tiny though they are).
My armpit was my bra. It had stopped the jiggling & prevented that seasick feeling, but it's a common design flaw where there's insufficient arm-hole! I swapped underwear but it was sore all evening.
I can't be without some support, it's far too uncomfortable
I went down a depressive hole about my body changes & need for different clothes
A good night's sleep has helped - I think I'm over it all now for the time being
