You know Apple fucked up in design if one of their major adjustments so that it doesn't just get a slide card is "we fixed the rounded borders across the system."

Also, am I the only one not loving the unified systems approach in the keynote and on the website. I deeply preferred giving a bit of time to each platform even if some features were shared, and they did the same on the website as well, you tap on different platforms and content is mostly the same

Just went back in the video - the new on-device model requires an M3 Mac or iPad, or a iPhone 17. Not surprising, but wow - that's quite the aggressive cutoff! #AppleEvent

As someone who genuinely values capturing memories, I’m not a big fan of this reframing stuff. He transformed an imperfect yet beautiful photo of his kids’ last day at school into AI slop. Sure, it might be convincing AI slop, depending on the capabilities of these new models, but it’s no longer a photo of your kids - not really. #AppleEvent
