After 19 years of service, I had my first delivery fail today! A daily news from a film festival, delivered 30 minutes before airtime due to last-minute changes (that I was vehemently against!). Failed to set up the proper audio channels number (mandatory 8 channels despite stereo sound), AND a wrong filename. No time to fix and reupload.

We aired 90 minutes later thanks to some awesome crisis management. But my ego is shot!
