Sprained (preliminary awaiting ultrasound evaluation) finger opening a plastic container in the kitchen (yeah, right?).
On the up side, it's now effectively splinted in a gesture I was making towards the world in general all the time, so I guess that's saving me some effort?

Spent four hours trying to install Authentik. First I ran into https://github.com/goauthentik/authentik/issues/8127
Then I ran into an issue in portainer:
If a Stack (docker compose file) defines an `environment:` for a container, the also defined environment variables do NOT get populated into the container. This then broke Authentik's email configuration. -

#Today I made a wonderful pasta dish, been thinking about it for days. Finely chopped onion, garlic & mushroom sautéed in butter, two big lardon-sliced rashers of locally smoked bacon added, a blue cheese sauce I'd made earlier, walnut kernels, and a new-try gluten free pasta.
Decanted the whole lot into a bowl, and then lost my grip on it as I was lifting it over to a different counter.
All but a small snack worth went onto the floor. Tasted good (the bit in the bowl), at least.

I got to work and the girl before me did almost nothing before she left
the customers were all being mean and angry
the truck came in, a full day early, while I was the only one working
I kept making dumb mistakes because I was overwhelmed
a guy came in to work on the registers, and his voice sounded exactly like Krish, one of the men that assaulted me
I was hiding in the back room crying every chance I got
I was panicking and triggered for basically my entire shift
everything hurts
I'm exhausted but too adrenaline to rest
my brain is on fire
and I think my coworker who came in to relieve me was annoyed that I hadn't gotten more done
but I'm listening to music from Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VI and it's helping me calm down
I have an appointment with my therapist on Tuesday
"I'm alive, but I'm not well"

My weekend. We bought a new glass oven baking thing. We made one (1) dish with it. While reheating it, I dropped the lid on it, breaking it into pieces. Not content with just that, after taking this picture, while cleaning up the pieces I cut myself on one so bad I had to get two stitches.
Now I'm having a hard time controlling my computer as my bandaged pinkie finger keeps pressing shift in addition to the mouse key.
I am a fool and fools should not be handed glass items.

Flight home is 2 hours and 30 minutes delayed.
I also have a ROW of screaming children behind me (literally 6 across!) who are JUST big enough for their feet to reach the seat back.
Apparently their mom forgot to their iPads and their juice.
The plane is a Boeing 737-Max, so I'm not sure what the best and worst scenarios are here.
