A few extra notes to share from the hospital today - not all directly about my Mom's health. In point form because that works best for me, when my brain is overloaded daily.

- I reprimanded 1 doctor & 1 student doctor today, for being part of the hospital team that was responsible for dangerous early discharge, on September 8th. I straight up told them - they almost killed Mom with that bullying/forced discharge, that they're responsible for her having her first stroke & I'm documenting everything & telling thousands of people online how they practiced eugenics fail care, using highly vulnerable patients as pawns. I said none of that is OK at all. They kept apologizing. Again, had to say stop apologizing & start to do better, every day!

- I had to tell one HCA that her saying elderly people can eat anything they want is dangerous, untrue & can kill a lot of elderly with conditions that need specialized diets. I reminded that ignorant LPN that proper, patient specific nutrition is key to successful recoveries & anyone who doesn't know that, doesn't really belong in health care work. She wasn't happy about me being direct like that. I don't care - she deserves to be told these things.

- A husband of one of Mom's roommates was glad that I wasn't budging & being very direct with staff. After staff left, he told me - I heard everything that you talked about with both of those staff. You are a strong advocate. I'm going to start documenting with photos & audio recordings too. I learned how to protect & advocate for my wife more, listening to how you handled those people. I noticed they were very uncomfortable when you looked at them in the face & said: I will not allow hospital staff to kill another of my parents. Do better, starting now.

- I had a nice 15 minutes reunion with the lovely, always masked Black family with the autistic young son. He wore my floral jacket with my purple hat for his photos at the hospital today. That family is wonderful & I love bumping into them at RJH ❤️
