Is it just me or is this bad UX?
In #LibreOffice, say you've frozen the top two rows, and then you add another row by clicking on one of the top two rows and add a new row above it. Should the row freezing then also move down by one row (keeping the expected rows to still have their freezing) or should the freezing stay on line1-2 and thus making what used to be line 2 (now line 3) no longer frozen...
Den norske (bokmål) versjon av LibreOffice 26.8. (som er siste versjon) har en bug i Calc, som fryser programmet når en skal kopiere celler.

LibreOffice has array functions, which are cool.
They can only be created by pressing ctrl+shift+enter which is whack.
They're surrounded by curly braces.
You can't get one by putting in the curly braces yourself.
You can't do the "pull and fill range with copy" thing, you have to ctrl+c and then paste with ctrl+shift+enter. You can select a range to paste into though.
This is a little bit just me whining about getting used to something new, but also ... why not let me do the thing?

M$ abandoned Publisher earlier this month leaving users with no way to edit their .PUB files. The suggested workaround was "just resave them all as PDF" (smh).
I don't have many .PUB files but I do have one or two so it is good to know that the Document Foundation has reverse-engineered the format and added the ability to open .PUB files in LibreOffice.
Just tested and it works fine (documents open in LibreOffice Draw).

I like LibreOffice's stance on AI features. It's not anti-AI. It's only against pushing it down your throat. It's all about choice.
Side note: you don't even need an AI integration in LibreOffice in order to have an LLM interact with a document. OpenCode can do it using LibreOffice's CLI.
