The scariest meets all those who might assist her in achieving her goals. In this case she knew Bolt through following the mob boss's career, but when she learned that Bolt trained her newest praetorian recruit to pass her rigorous flying test, she arranged to meet Bolt in person. Turns out Bolt is easily baited into a competition…
