After nine months of hiding my head and not thinking about it, I’m finally going through the novel written last December.
Not only did I scrimp on prep (it shows), but I had Covid while drafting.
The short version? So far, it isn’t as bad as I feared, and some of it is outstanding.
For now, this is a side project, but it is encouraging, and is posing many new ideas.
