My top tip for new people is:

1) Make a new post, say hello, introduce yourself, write about all your interests and make all the relevant words hashtags, and put a photo of your pet on it (with alt text) because people love that! :D Then put #introduction and #introductions at the bottom, and post it.

2) Click all of the hashtags in your post and follow them.

3) Ignore and block anyone who tells you you're doing it wrong or you're on the wrong server or some rubbish like that.
