Dark Horse’s Beasts of Burden Omnibus, created by Evan Dorkin and Jill Thompson. I have the four hardcover collections of the series, but this has lots of spiffy extra art at the end. And yes, they even had a crossover with Hellboy (and Mike Mignola) back in 2010. It’s often described as “The X-Files meets Homeward Bound” and that pretty much nails it.
