Comrades if you regularly use parapsychological methods it is wise to make so called anchor – a phrase or\and an action, that you won’t do or say under normal conditions. That anchor should be associated with altered state of consciousness that is needed to perform a telepathic formula. Anchor must have 2 parts – opening and closing. Opening for an altered state of consciousness and the closing one for returning to a normal state.
Some occultists and searchers, who started experimenting with different parapsychology methods often do a mistake by not creating such anchors that may result in a situation, when altered state of mind can enter one’s mind without any invitation at most inconvenient situation.

Will can be manifested only in an interaction of equals. It made me sick, when right-wingers are talking about «will» of a tyrant, who started wars or terror campaigns. In my experience – the ones, who has the most tremendous willpower are disabled people. I knew that for a fact – since I performed many telepathic suggestions – making people do and feel things, that they don’t want to do and feel. Fascists, when they are playing with this word “will”, always present a tyrant, who has come to power through a line of events, that most of the time consists of propaganda shows and capitalists support, that lead to it. In reality, this has nothing to do with willpower at all. Hierarchy doesn’t have any will, it has only interests.
When I think about an individual with a huge willpower – I imagine a disable person walking on crutches or moving on a wheelchair, who is doing it despite his/her/their condition. Try to make him/her/them feel or do something with telepathic suggestion – you will find it quite difficult. That is because he/she/they got used to using more of his/her/their mind abilities to make his/her/their body move. It is a fair play between the one and nature to make a step, to inhale and exhale. As for today’s post – who can notice a telepathic suggestion? – Theoretically anyone, In practice – almost no one.
Only a couple of cases from several thousands a person showed some signs, that he\she noticed the fact of influence.
Animals and little kids (less then 2 y.o.) could notice suggestions, even they are not directed at them, but at a someone near them. Fortunately, no one is paying any attention to their behavior anyway – so this kind of threat of exposure could easily be thrown away from the equation.

When a spirit of mankind got ascended due to the fall of hierarchy, when revolution has made one’s mind open to the prospective of a new world – the idea of a new form of harmony, between individuals and between people and nature had risen. One that is based on an ability, that was suppressed the same way, as entire proletariat was suppressed – by the hierarchy of greed and egoism. That ability was telepathy. A daring concept was pursued by group of mystical anarchists after Russian revolution of 1917.
No one knows back then, that a promise of a new world by soviet bureaucracy is a terrible lie, that is hiding a terror, mass death and in the end – the return of capitalism in its full imperialistic power.
First order of mystical anarchists – a vanguard of occult in Soviet Union was one of the first victim of Stalin’s executioners. Alexey Solonovich – a leader of the order was tortured day and night and died because of that – he hadn’t even survived long enough to face a firing squad. His wife was also executed. Almost everyone connected to them – arrested and killed.
Only few exceptions such as Vasilev was spared – to continue the search for the paranormal abilities in humans – but for soviet military and in a much lesser scale.
Theoretically USSR had more chances to successfully implement and spread telepathy methods among the masses, then USA. In the 1920-s so much work and experiments were made, that one may think – that only one tiny step was needed to do so. In reality – it is not like that. Only a society, that truly strives to equality could safely and effectively spread telepathy among its citizens. USSR was not like that.
That thesis has showed itself in its full force, when in 1932 one of the order`s branches «Ashem redivivous» tried to use telepathy to kill Stalin. Funnily enough, that state looked at this threat seriously and executed all the members of the branch with swift brutal action.

That is a little part of Soviet esoteric underground history – quite an obscure and unknown topic in the west, that contains an interesting bits of knowledge. How a daring idea to give everyone new paranormal powers has smashed by the hammer of Stalin’s great terror.
I hope, that you, dear comrades, who are reading all this would learn the lesson and won’t repeat first anarcho-mystical order`s mistakes – only in the society without state and capital, in a true communism we could see a person with telepathic abilities, that are used freely and known to everybody, just as we now use our speech. Until then – learn and use telepathic techniques to your advantage in your day-to-day struggles, but don’t try to prove its existence to state`s institutions.

A little info on one of our telepathy techniques:
Not all suggestions work the same with v-technique. It is better not to localize it in specific part of the body. It is wise to do it under certain rhythm. After the fall of Soviet union Russia has lived through occult renaissance. During that time quite an interesting organization appeared and lived till 2010-s. That is Leonid Vasilev parapsychology museum. This museum was created by one of the last soviet parapsychologists – Alexander Lee, who is still alive, though his museum is closed (obviously) and only a site remains.
One of the most rare and interesting lines of works done by him is so called fire poltergeists investigations. He also performed and filmed telekinetic experiments. Why his case maybe important – his work is quite good in terms of the material. He was acting in good faith, but nevertheless his project has closed. In Russia there was not so aggressive attack on parapsychologists like in the USA with ridiculing in journals and mysterious assassinations (though I remember at least a couple of cases even in Russia, but with occultists in the 1990-s).
I am asking myself – why so? And the answer consists of 2 parts “the market” and lose of state support.
In USSR parapsychology program has some support from the state and thanks to that it remained a part of scientific institutes. When such support disappeared – due to the fall of USSR – parapsychologists remain one on one with the market and as result with a lot of rivalry such as the church, frauds, cults, mass media, etc.
Since the current authorities in Russia are ultra-right and their main ally is church – one may forget about state support for parapsychology immediately. And in terms of the market – just try to rival with frauds and churches for public attention in Russia.
This case is showing quite an interesting line – that market in itself wont help to spread working parapsychology methods among the masses. Scientific institutions could do so – but in the west, the theme is deliberately ridiculed and in Russia is ignored due to the church lobbing and lack of budget.

We describe 2 variants of this method – one is for training, and the other one for use in the field. Difference is some preparation steps and speed. However, it is necessary to regularly do training sessions at least 1 time in 2 weeks in order to use fast field variant effectively.
Psychic vision technique. Training variant algorithm:

1. Relax and breathe a little bit.
2. Remember something from your past.
3. Close your eyes and imagine that you are underwater.
4. Scenes of your memories is playing like a movie inside this “water”.
5. Concentrate on feelings in your body – notice how “water” is creating pressure on it
6. Notice that pressure is different in different parts of the body. And if some object is closer to your body – then the pressure of “water” is stronger
7. Send the ‘shadow’ (how to imagine - it is like a shadow, that you can use how you want) or projection of your own body to an object you want to ‘see’. Then start touching this object with your projection – carefully noticing all the sensations. (How to use projection – if you send a “shadow” of your hands – then all the sensations of the projection will be in your hands)
8. You may actually ‘touch’ letters and symbols with it, not only objects itself.
9. When you ended – remember how you started the process (1-st step). It is needed to end the process properly, so you will not get any random sensations without your wish.

We have given Nondor Fodor’s "On the trail of the poltergeist” book to one of our PK specialists.
Review of Nondor Fodor’s «On the trail of the poltergeist» 1958 done by mystical anarchist under the framework of looking for suitable techniques of telepathy or telekinesis.
This book is nothing too fancy for anyone who is familiar to other works in parapsychology, though Dr. Nondor Dondor is a big name in the sphere and his book deserve more thorough analysis.
Main problem of the book – it is made from an official report to the institute of psychic research, but without additional materials, that usually accompany such reports. Maybe it is a problem of my version of the book, but I haven’t seen traditional for such case photos, x-ray panels, pictures of the objects etc. The only scheme is the plan of the house. Beside that, the form of the report is giving a false impression to some phenomena – because in the latter part of the book they are dismissed as fraudulent.
Other problem of the report structure – the most interesting and genuine phenomena is not given adequate description and analysis – this phenomena is phantom hammer. It has not really dismissed as fraudulent during the course of the work, nor it has properly analyzed. It was just put there among some other phenomena, like fraudulent and seemingly genuine apports (appearing of objects from nowhere).
The conclusion in the end of the book is true and could be attested by my comrades and myself, but I should add one important point. The idea of Fodor is that in order to produce a paranormal phenomena one has to use traumatic memories to properly dissociate his mind and project it on desirable object, though control is lacking due to the nature of such dissociation.
I agreed with that, but add that this rule work mostly on telekinetic cases on a little distance (a couple of meters from you) – only there the process closely fits into Nondor’s description, but telepathy and long distant influences, like a producing fire through self-fulfilling prophecy several miles from your location (TA method) may use other classes of memories and more easy and structured processes.
There are several links in the work such as links to Freud, Myers and more. An elegant old fashioned approach to paranormal research where telepathy was viewed as an existent feature.
What about techniques itself? – here unfortunately it is quite hard to come up with something even for our quite experienced researchers. If one tries loosely to combine described elements and use them to produce apport phenomena as in the book – one would obviously fail. The problem is quite obvious for the one who works with matter and produce telekinetic effects – the potential is kinetic energy of the system and it deeply connected with the space around articles and objects. In the book rarely space between the objects is worked upon in this book (or should I say – this work is not described properly).
The cases of telepathic projected hallucinations are described far better in Myers work “phantasm of the living”.
The astral projections are also described far better in other works as well.
In the end of day I don’t really recommend this book for direct instructions or methods, descriptions in some other works are better, but links, conclusions are quite good.

Before Stalin’s great purge there were a plenty of occult organizations and scientists and seekers of truth all across USSR. They were experimenting with telepathy, telekinesis and more. Some of them, like Vasilev, Bechterev, Turligin etc. were working in official scientific institutes exploring feature of telepathy for the upcoming communist society. One of such scientists were Barchenko. Barchenko worked for soviet military. Unfortunately he was killed during the purge and his last work – entire monography about telepathy called “Introduction to the influences through the energy field” was confiscated by political police and thus lost.
Maybe if a revolution or civil war broke out in Putin’s Russia and our comrades will have an opportunity to search archives for this artifact.
It is not a big of surprise that great purge destroyed a big deal of USSR occult organizations, including first order of mystical anarchists and a lot of parapsychologists. Telepathy is a safe and desirable feature only for a society which is truly striving for equality.
Interesting fact since late 1970 and to late 200-s in US there was a wave of strange violent deaths of parapsychologists and other unconventional scientists as well. Pattern reminded a Stalin’s one – a flaming in mass media – in US case through SCI magazines, and then after a couple of years – strange death. For examples D. Scott Rogo and Eugene Mallove.
Maybe even in democratic countries old Russian proverb – “No man – no problem” was a way to go for some government agencies, but i think some US anarchist may inform you better than me on such matter...
Thus I want to put out a simple thesis – history has shown, that only in an anarchist communist society – such features as telepathy (and probably some other “paranormal” phenomena) will be spread among the masses and become just a simple day-to-day thing.
Any way here is some pages from one of Barchenko other article (Distant thought transmission. Experiments with brain rays) – just as a reminder about the guy.
