@Geri This is called Jewish exceptionalism btw: its how in the middle of a genocide one can be more concerned with the feelings of jewish people (the majority of whom support the state of israel) than the thousands of dead children here and now.
It'd be like wringing your hands about all the "good germans" and not wanting to even put out a statement of opposition to the nazi party for fear of anti german racism.
And before you say not all jewish people are zionists this is as counterproductive a talking point as "not all men"
And to respond partly to the substance of the statement: no indeed there is no conflict between rights of jewish people and palestinian people, just as there is fundamentally no conflict between the rights of men and women or white people and people of color. But in any case there exist systems of oppression that privilege some groups over others.
Jewish people accross the world have the privilege of freedom of travel to and residency in Israel, Israeli citizens directly profit from the low land prices afforded as spoils of colonialism - and the entire citizenry benefits indirectly from the economic boon to socialized services including infrastructure
Basically colonialism pays the colonist highly and it always has, and ignoring that fact only serves to obscure the mateiral interests involved.
So in conclusion this statement from the green party doesn't go far enough in fact it is a Jewish exceptionalist and liberal zionist position
