I have no hint who is behind them but they launch dozens of fake accounts using state or city names and are flooding the fediverse with „news“ , often referring to Russia, Putin and the Kremlin. Here is e.g. a comment of @[email protected] : „Does anybody know more about #EuropeSays ?
Their account is https://pubeurope.com/@europesays ,but the sources, curation policy, ownership, location, people behind it etc. are not noted anywhere on the site.

Wer oder was ist #europesays ? Seit ein paar Tagen sehe ich regelmäßig Post mit dem Hashtag #Dortmund hier. Auf der Webseite endless scrolling aber kein Impressum.

#Whois doesn't help much, except to show they don't want to disclose who owns the domain!

The reason I'm interested is to find out whether it makes sense to boost their content or not. Looks fishy so far.
