Another example of the 'British disease':

everyone from the National Audit Office to the National Energy System Operator recognises the build out of the upgrade to the national grid, required to capitalise better on the generation of renewables, is taking too long.

The problem, is everyone involved has someone else to blame.... and so obstructions remain because of organisational fragmentation.

Its another cost of privatisation!
