As today is October 1st, I find that as #winter approaches, the cold bitterness of #disability and #poverty wrap me like a stifling coat, isolating me from life and securing my existence in suffering, another #holidayseason will soon be upon us, another year nearly gone, most of this year like the ones before, loneliness hunger declining health pain exhaustion, reign throughout each and everyday, no love to share no hand to hold, no hope to celebrate the seasons to be, no for me a bleak reality, if only someone would come along, rescue me from all that is wrong, but to wish upon a star yet born is as foolish to think anyone would actually care, for as my words pour out another night, there remains not one to truly hear;
