@TuutW : ik vermoed dat juridische stappen zinloos zijn zolang heel Hamas (en iedereen met "banden" met die organisatie) te boek staat als terroristen, en de IDF niet.
Oftewel, zolang de teneur is dat Israël het recht heeft om zich te "verdedigen" en de IDF door Nederland als een "defensief" leger van een "goede bondgenoot" wordt beschouwd.
Waarom Palestijnen *niet* het recht hebben om zich te verdedigen en te strijden om hun, in de ca. afgelopen 80 jaar, gestolen land en bezittingen terug te krijgen en/of wraak te nemen, terwijl Israëliërs dat (met extreem veel meer doden onder Arabieren en ander leed als gevolg) dat *wel* zouden mogen - naar verluidt omdat verre voorouders van hen, meer dan 2000 jaar geleden, uit het midden-oosten zouden zijn verjaagd, is mij elke dag een groter raadsel.

Israël gaat "gewoon" door met het uitroeien van Palestijnen in Gaza (https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2026/5/28/israeli-attack-on-gaza-city-kills-at-least-10-including-four-children). Niet alleen met bombardementen, in Gaza is gebrek aan bijna alles.
Ondertussen schuift de "gele lijn" steeds verder op en heeft Israël naast die gele lijn (aan de kant van de Middellandse zee) een "oranje lijn" geïntroduceerd: Gazanen mogen niet meer tussen die twee lijnen komen, waarmee hun grondgebied tot ca. 35% van het oorspronkelijke Gaza is gereduceerd, en zij geen toegang meer hebben tot de veel meer vruchtbare grond ten zuid-oosten van de oranje lijn.
De #NOS vindt dat allemaal minder belangrijk nieuws dan dat de vrouw van #GenocideJoe dacht dat haar man een beroerte kreeg.
