As we learned with the "Dirty Deal" (Chat Control 2.0) as well as the US's GUARDIAN Act:

Always be critical of bill revisions and proposed deals. Just because governments might make these bills marginally less shitty, doesn't mean we can declare victory.

We can only declare victory when these bills are defeated (or at least 100% defanged).
