Japan Supports Oil Diversification In Southeast Asia
For a few months now, the economies of Southeast Asian nations have been affected by the higher costs of imported oil from the Middle East and there is no telling what evil the terrorist state of Iran could do with regards to the critical Strait of Hormuz. As such, the need for Southeast Asian nations to diversify their crude oil procurement sources is clear and Japan confirmed it will help them, according to a news article by Jiji Press with additional content from Manila Bulletin.
To put things in perspective, posted below is an excerpt from the news article of Jiji Press. Some parts in boldface…
The Japanese government plans to help Southeast Asian countries diversify their crude oil procurement sources, in order to stabilize petrochemical supply chains amid the ongoing Middle East tensions.
Faced with recent energy shocks following the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz, Southeast Asian nations, which depend heavily on imported crude oil, are working to reduce their reliance on Middle East oil.
The Philippines has depended on the Middle East for more than 90 pct of its crude oil imports. In March, the Philippines declared a national energy emergency due to soaring crude oil prices.
The Southeast Asian nation recently started importing crude oil from Russia, even while some countries have reduced or halted imports from Russia as part of sanctions following its invasion of Ukraine. The Philippines has also shown a willingness to pursue joint oil and gas exploration with China in the South China Sea, where the two countries have territorial disputes.
Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said in a recent interview, “I don’t think that we will go back to the old system where the majority of the petroleum products that are coming out of the Strait of Hormuz are going to Asia.”
Marcos expressed expectations that Asian countries will further advance the diversification of their crude oil supply sources in the coming years.
Other member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, such as Thailand and Vietnam, are also seeking to diversify their procurement of crude oil by increasing imports from the United States and African countries, in addition to Russia.
At an ASEAN summit in Cebu in the Philippines earlier this month, leaders reaffirmed in a joint statement their commitment to diversifying crude oil procurement sources and promoting energy trade in the region. They also exchanged views on the idea of establishing joint oil and gas reserves.
Meanwhile, the Japanese government is wary of the potential impact on domestic supply chains if supply chains in Southeast Asia, a petrochemical manufacturing hub, are disrupted.
“Supporting supply chains in Asian countries will directly contribute to strengthening the Japanese economy,” Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said, indicating her intention to support ASEAN.
In April, the Japanese government announced a framework to provide financial support of 10 billion dollars, or around 1.6 trillion yen, to help stabilize energy supplies in Asian countries.
Let me end this piece by asking you readers: What is your reaction to this development? Do you think Japan’s support for oil diversification in Southeast Asia is crucial for both itself and the region? Do you think Japan’s $10 billion plan will succeed in stabilizing the energy supplies of Asian nations? Do you think the Philippines will fall into an economic recession this year if the oil prices remained high? Do you think it is a wise idea for the Philippines to pursue a joint oil and gas exploration in the South China Sea with Communist China?

Economy Of Japan Grows 2.1% In 1st Quarter Of 2026
Thanks to the recovery in exports and private consumption, the economy of Japan grew by 2.1% in the first quarter this year, according to a Kyodo News report. Still, there will be challenges ahead for the Japanese economy as the nation is still dependent on the Middle East for its crude oil needs and there is the possibility that the Islamic terrorist regime of Iran could start a new series of conflicts in the said region.
To put things in perspective, posted below is an excerpt from the news report of Kyodo News Some parts in boldface…
Japan’s economy grew an annualized real 2.1 percent in the January-March period, marking the second straight quarterly expansion, led by a recovery in exports and private consumption, government data showed Tuesday, with the full impact of the Middle East conflict yet to be felt.
In the first quarter of 2026, gross domestic product adjusted for inflation increased 0.5 percent from the October-December period, the Cabinet Office said in its preliminary report, beating market expectations. GDP is the total value of goods and services produced in a country.
Economists polled by the Japan Center for Economic Research had forecast an annualized real expansion of 1.56 percent while expecting growth to slow to 0.45 percent in the April-June quarter, amid concern that the Middle East crisis and surging crude oil prices will weigh on corporate profits and consumer spending.
In the January-March period, private consumption, which accounts for more than half of the economy, grew 0.3 percent, rising for the fifth straight quarter, helped by strong demand for clothing and a boost in spending at restaurants, an official said.
Spending was also underpinned by state subsidies for gas and electricity bills and solid wage growth, as rising earnings saw companies move to attract and retain talent, economists said.
But with data showing a rapid deterioration in consumer sentiment due to the Middle East conflict, its impact on private consumption warrants close attention, another government official said.
In the January-March period, exports rose 1.7 percent from the October-December quarter on a recovery in auto shipments bound for the U.S. market and strong demand for machinery and electrical devices for industrial purposes. Imports edged up 0.5 percent.
Economists said shipments to the world’s largest economy have been recovering due to receding uncertainty over U.S. tariff policy following a bilateral deal struck last year.
Business investment rose 0.3 percent from the previous quarter, with increased expenditure for research and development on the back of robust corporate profits and for general-purpose machinery and electric lighting fixtures, the first official said.
She said the impact on the data of the Middle East conflict, triggered by U.S.-Israeli attacks on Iran that began in late February, was unclear.
Prolonged tensions in the Middle East could affect imports of crude oil and petroleum products such as naphtha and hit exports bound for the region, economists said.
GDP was dampened 0.1 percentage point by a reduction in private inventories, apparently due to the government’s decision to release oil from stockpiles, starting with those held by the private sector.
Japan’s heavy reliance on oil imports from the Middle East makes the country vulnerable to the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz, a key shipping artery, with surging oil prices feared to drive up inflation.
Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said Monday the government will consider compiling a supplementary budget for fiscal 2026 to ease the impact of elevated crude oil prices.
Let me end this piece by asking you readers: What is your reaction to this development? Do you think the economy of Japan can still maintain its growth rate in the 2nd quarter? Do you think Japan will soon import oil from other parts of the world to reduce its dependence on the Middle East? Do you think Japan’s ties with Trump-led America will open new windows that will help Japanese exporters a lot?

Chinese National Gets Banned By Thailand After Causing Damage At Suvarnabhumi Airport
Recently in Thailand, the authorities permanently banned a Chinese national who caused damage on two automated immigration gates at Suvarnabhumi Airport, according to a VnExpress news report.
To put things in perspective, posted below is an excerpt from the news report of VnExpress. Some parts in boldface…
A Chinese tourist has been permanently banned from re-entering Thailand after allegedly damaging automated passport control gates at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Southeast Asia’s second largest airport by land area.
The 30-year-old man, identified as Zheng Liwei, was accused of vandalizing two automated immigration gates at the airport on Wednesday while attempting to clear passport control for a flight back to China, Bangkok Post reported.
According to reports, Zheng became increasingly agitated after repeatedly failing to complete the airport’s automated screening process.
Video footage circulating online appears to show him slamming his passport against the scanner before kicking the glass barriers and forcing his way through the checkpoint.
Immigration officers quickly intercepted the man after he allegedly crossed the gate without authorization, police told local media outlet The Nation.
Airport security officers, assisted by the man’s wife, later restrained him after he allegedly shouted abuse in both Chinese and English and attempted to assault immigration personnel.
He has been charged with property damage, an offense punishable by up to three years in prison, a fine of up to 60,000 baht (US$1,800), or both.
Zheng also faces a separate charge of insulting a public official while on duty, which carries a penalty of up to one year’s imprisonment, a fine of up to 20,000 baht, or both.
Thai immigration authorities have revoked his visa and placed him on a permanent blacklist, effectively banning him from re-entering the country.
Let me end this piece by asking you readers: What is your reaction to this development? Do you think the authorities in Thailand made the correct responses to the Chinese national? Did you ever witness a fellow foreign traveler causing trouble at an airport while you traveled overseas over the past six months? Have you ever been to Suvarnabhumi Airport?

NIA Seeks To Revoke Bail Of Political Prisoner Varavara Rao: India
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has sought cancellation of the bail granted to lawyer Sudha Bharadwaj and Telugu poet Varavara Rao, both accused in the Bhima Koregaon case, alleging that they violated their bail conditions by attending an event at the Mumbai Press Club where other defendants in the case were present.
A special court on Friday (May 15, 2026) sought the response of Bharadwaj and Rao to an application filed by the National Investigation Agency seeking cancellation of their bail.
Bharadwaj was granted bail by the Bombay High Court in December 2021, while Rao was granted interim bail on medical grounds in February 2021. Rao’s interim bail was extended from time to time before being confirmed by the Supreme Court in August 2022.
The NIA claimed that both Bharadwaj and Rao had violated bail conditions that barred them from establishing communication with other defendants in the Bhima Koregaon case, or persons allegedly involved in similar activities.
According to the NIA, Bharadwaj and Rao attended a meeting held on January 19 on the terrace of the Mumbai Press Club, where other defendants in the Elgaar Parishad case were present.
The NIA alleged that the January 19 gathering was aimed at propagating the ideology of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) and discussing the future course of the “Urban Naxal” movement.
In its application seeking cancellation of bail, the agency attached a copy of the Mumbai Press Club inquiry committee report, CCTV footage of the gathering, and referred to call data records of the accused.
The Case
The Bhima Koregaon case pertains to the violence that broke out near Pune on January 1, 2018, a day after a conclave called the Elgar Parishad was organized to mark the 200th anniversary of the battle of Bhima Koregaon.
The NIA has alleged that the Elgar Parishad conclave was part of a larger Maoist conspiracy to stoke caste violence, destabilize the Union government and assassinate Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Sixteen people were arrested in the case.
But when the Supreme Court in 2023 granted bail to two persons accused in the case, it noted that the primary evidence cited by the NIA – a batch of letters – was of “weak probative value or quality”. In addition, a digital forensics firm, Arsenal Consulting, concluded that false evidence had been planted on the laptops and devices of the accused persons.
Of the 16 accused persons in the Bhima Koregaon case, 14 have been released on bail. Jesuit priest Father Stan Swamy, who was also a defendant in the case, died in prison in 2021.
Another accused person in the Bhima Koregaon case, Surendra Gadling, got bail from the Bombay High Court on May 4. However, he remains in jail as his bail application in a 2016 arson case is pending before the Supreme Court.

Apart from the great animation, the spectacle, the memorable characters and the solid storytelling, the movie also has a great soundtrack made to delight the long-time Macross fans. Still, the movie has its very own song performed by none other than Mari Iijima (Minmay) and it is a classic among Macross fans. #3 The Tuna City In Japan Is Changing With Tourism In Mind – If you plan to visit Japan at all, you might want to discover Miura City located in Kanagawa Prefecture. Miura City is famous for its fresh tuna and in recent times there has been a series of changes as several room-only hotels and new trends have sprouted as the locality is finding new ways to turn visitors into overnight guests. This is a place I would like to visit someday if ever I get the opportunity to return to Japan. Watch and learn from the Nippon TV video below.

#4 Women’s Rights Activist Marries Islamist And Things Went Wrong – Did you notice that there is a gradual rising number of feminists and women’s rights activists who not embrace Islam (wicked and ugly) but also marry Islamists believing that things will be alright and they can just continue their activism. Of course, many of them activists and feminists do not fully understand Islam nor the full content of the Quran. As such, when things go very wrong, they are get into deep trouble. #5 Islamists Violate Hindu Women In India And Get Arrested – Let’s be very clear here. Islamists are oriented to conquer others even though they may not be numerous within a locality. Believe it or not, a group of such people who wielded power inside a business violated the Hindu women (plus at least one male employee) with regards to cultural norms and doing things that go against their faith. Even forced religious conversion happened. Watch and learn from the video below.

#6 Meatballs Reaction And Retrospective – When it comes to cinematic comedy, Bill Murray is iconic and his early work in 1979’s Meatballs already involved the late Harold Ramis and the late director Ivan Reitman. That said, there is something about Meatballs – produced for less than $2 million – that helped it achieve tremendous commercial success with ticket sales of $70 million. Remember, three of the creative minds behind the classic Ghostbusters are involved in this old movie and you will see how You, Me and The Movies react to it in the video below. Be aware that as of this writing, there are not too many movie reaction videos about Meatballs on YouTube. Also posted below is an in-depth retrospective about Meatballs by GoodBadFlicks.

#7 Ashleigh Burton Reacts To The Thin Man – Have you ever heard of The Thin Man? It’s not a UFO reference. It’s the 1934 American pre-Code comedy-mystery movie that was eventually named to the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress having been deemed “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant” in 1997. Apart from its reputation in American film history, The Thin Man also resulted in five sequels. If you want to discover the 1934 movie but you don’t have the time nor resources to watch the movie, watch Ashleigh Burton’s reaction video and see how it impacts her.

Turkey: Release of Communist Cemil Erdem After 30 Years in Prison
A former militant with Dev Yol (Revolutionary Path), now 75 years old, revolutionary political prisoner Cemil Erdem was released on May 15, 2026, from the high-security Tekirdağ prison after thirty years of imprisonment. Convicted in 1996 by the Izmir State Security Court for “undermining the constitutional order,” he was initially sentenced to death, a sentence later commuted to life imprisonment. Held in several prisons before being transferred to Ward F of Tekirdağ following the massacre of hunger-striking prisoners on December 19, 2000, he was among the first prisoners sent to this type of facility. Seriously ill and suffering from multiple health problems, his release had been repeatedly called for, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, without success until now.

Trump Shares Details Of US-China Summit With Prime Minister Takaichi
Following the recent summit between the United States and China, US President Donald Trump shared the details with Japanese Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae via a phone call, according to a news report by Kyodo News.
Recently, Trump visited China and met with their president Xi Jinping. It is noted that there is tension between China and Japan. As such, Trump’s sharing of the details with Takaichi is significant.
To put things in perspective, posted below is an excerpt from the news report of Kyodo News Some parts in boldface…
Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said Friday U.S. President Donald Trump briefed her by phone in “great detail” on his meeting in Beijing with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Takaichi told reporters after speaking with Trump, who was aboard Air Force One after wrapping up a three-day stay from Wednesday in China, that she is “deeply grateful” for how he brought up Japan, a close U.S. ally, during his meeting with Xi, though she did not elaborate.
Takaichi and Trump also exchanged views on “various challenges regarding China,” in such fields as security and the economy, and agreed to continue to communicate closely in dealing with the situation in the Indo-Pacific region, she said.
“With President Trump, I affirmed the unwavering Japan-U.S. alliance,” Takaichi said at her office.
Trump has said he and Xi made some “fantastic trade deals” without elaborating, and that they feel “very similar” about the need to end the war in Iran and reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
Takaichi and Trump last met in Washington in March, where they “opposed any attempts to unilaterally change the status quo, including by force or coercion,” according to the White House, in an apparent reference to China’s growing economic and military clout.
Ties between Japan and China have been frayed since Takaichi, known for her hawkish security views, infuriated China with her parliamentary remarks in November that a Taiwan contingency could be a “survival-threatening situation” for Japan that could trigger a response by the Self-Defense Forces in support of the United States.
Taiwan, a self-ruled democratic island claimed by Beijing, is viewed as a potential military flashpoint that could draw the United States into conflict with China, posing serious security challenges for Japan.
Before the U.S.-China summit, Japan had been concerned that Trump, known for his deal-making approach, could make compromises on issues regarding Taiwan.
After his meeting with Xi, Trump told reporters that he thinks there is no risk of conflict with China over Taiwan, and that he made “no commitment” to Xi over the island. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that U.S. policies on Taiwan remain unchanged.
Let me end this piece by asking you readers: What is your reaction to this development? Do you think the United States will have stable ground when dealing with both China and Japan? Could it be possible that China will bully Japan less this year? Do you think there will be more stability in the Pacific and in financial markets as far as Japan and China are concerned?

How did America allow this?
I was young when Dick #Nixon visited #China in 1972.The visit culminated in the Shanghai Communiqué, a document where the U.S. and China pledged to work toward the normalization of relations. It split the #Communist bloc with China , with the US gaining a wedge against the Soviets and North Korea.
THIS was disgraceful and has set us back. . Two days after withdrawing troops from Poland and after doing the same in Germany , we have this dangerous situation.

Japan Considering Export Of Type 88 Surface-To-Ship Missile System To The Philippines
Following the revision of the limits on defense equipment exports and the successful testing of anti-ship missiles witnessed by many, Japan is considering the export of Type 88 Surface-to-Ship Missile (SSM-1) system to the Philippines, according to a news report by Kyodo News.
To put things in perspective, posted below is an excerpt from the news report of Kyodo News Some parts in boldface…
The Japanese government is considering exporting the Type 88 surface-to-ship missile system to the Philippines, a source familiar with the matter said Friday.
The move follows Tokyo’s revision in April of its three principles on the transfer of defense equipment and technology, as well as the implementing guidelines, which eased restrictions on exports of lethal weapons.
Japan and the Philippines are aiming to strengthen security ties amid China’s assertiveness in the East and South China seas.
Defense Minister Shinjiro Koizumi told reporters Friday that “nothing has been decided at this point,” regarding the possible missile export.
Referring to an agreement on enhanced defense equipment and technology cooperation reached in Manila on May 5 with his Philippine counterpart Gilberto Teodoro, Koizumi voiced his intention to decide what would be exported.
On May 6, Japan’s Self-Defense Forces conducted a live-fire drill involving the Type 88 missile system during the annual U.S.-Philippines Balikatan exercise in the Philippines.
Let me end this piece by asking you readers: What is your reaction to this development? Do you think it is inevitable that Japan will export the Type 88 Surface-to-Ship Missile (SSM-1) to the Philippines? Do you think the said missile system will enhance the defense of the Philippines and make Communist China think twice before invading the country?

Making America Safe Again
Crime is absolutely a disease. When the wrong people are in power, crime can not only cause harm on the citizens and bring down property values, but also cause economic depression, social deterioration and spread immorality. Even worse, there were foreign terrorists and illegal immigrants who escalated crime in many parts of America during the years of the failed US President Joe Biden.
Fortunately, Donald Trump returned as US President and his unwavering support for law enforcement continues to create results with making America safe again.
To put things in perspective, posted below is the excerpt from the official announcement by the White House. Some parts in boldface…
This National Police Week, America honors the brave men and women of law enforcement who risk their lives daily to protect our communities. Under President Donald J. Trump, these heroes are respected, empowered, and supported — not defunded, demonized, or betrayed by the Radical Left.
After four years of Democrats’ war on police, President Trump has delivered decisive leadership that puts officers back in control — and the results are undeniable:
In 2025, the U.S. murder rate posted its largest single-year drop on record — plummeting to the lowest level in 125 years — with sharp declines across all violent crimes. Major cities saw massive homicide reductions, while rapes, robberies, assaults, shootings, officer deaths (an 80-year low), traffic fatalities, and overdoses all plunged. These historic gains are accelerating into 2026 — especially in cities like Washington, D.C., and Memphis, where President Trump deployed federal support to restore order and back local police.
These victories are the direct result of the Trump Administration’s unbreakable commitment to law and order:
Imposing the death penalty for cop killers: President Trump directed the Department of Justice to aggressively seek capital punishment for those who murder police officers.
Scrapping Democrats’ soft-on-crime mandates: The Trump Administration rescinded radical Biden-era orders pushing “alternatives to arrest” for violent offenders and restrictions that tied officers’ hands when using lawful force to make arrests.
Empowering cities to clear the streets: States and localities now have stronger tools to remove disorderly vagrants and direct them toward treatment instead of enabling chaos.
Restoring critical funding and delivering relief: The Working Families Tax Cuts Act restored and expanded Byrne JAG and COPS grants to fight violent crime — while delivering No Tax on Overtime for America’s hardworking officers so they can keep more of what they earn protecting us.
Ending cashless bail: The Trump Administration halted federal support for the Radical Left’s “cashless bail” scheme that turned streets into revolving doors for dangerous criminals — and imposed consequences on jurisdictions that refused to act.
Dismissing anti-police lawsuits and DEI mandates: Biden-era DOJ actions targeting local police and fire departments and weakening hiring standards were dropped to protect public safety — not political correctness.
Reclaiming law enforcement’s authority: President Trump took bold action to promote aggressive, proactive policing based on proven best practices — while shielding officers from unjust expenses and liabilities so they can enforce the law without fear.
Deploying backup to high-crime cities: The Trump Administration surged federal resources into high-crime Democrat-run cities — standing shoulder-to-shoulder with local police to crush chaos, restore order, and rescue communities long victimized by Democrat failures.
Giving police the equipment they need: The Department of Justice reversed Biden-era restrictions and restored access to critical surplus military assets so local law enforcement has the tools to win.
Targeting criminal illegal aliens: Federal agents are now empowered to support local police in removing violent criminal illegals, resulting in hundreds of thousands of arrests and removals that make communities safer.
Slashing restrictive consent decrees: The Trump Administration launched an overhaul of federal consent decrees that micromanaged and hindered effective policing in cities across America.
Let me end this piece by asking you readers: What is your reaction to this development? What is your opinion about the current state of crime in the United States today? Are you satisfied with the Trump administration’s support for law enforcement and police forces? Did you witness any violent crime in your local community committed by foreigners or Islamic terrorists? Do you consider the Democrats as the party of criminals, murderers and terrorists?

What To Watch On YouTube Right Now – Part 137
Welcome back my readers, YouTube viewers and all others who followed this series of articles focused on YouTube videos worth watching.
Have you been searching for something fun or interesting to watch on YouTube? Do you feel bored right now and you crave for something to see on the world’s most popular online video destination?
I recommend you check out the following videos I found.
#1 You, Me and The Movies React To Lone Wolf McQuade – It has been a few months since the movie legend Chuck Norris passed away at age 86. He left behind a legacy of action movies and even played Bruce Lee’s tough opponent in The Way of the Dragon. Norris also had action movies filmed on location here in my native Philippines. In the 1980s, Norris appeared in a lot movies that involved guns and hard action, and one of his more notable films of the time was 1983’s Lone Wolf McQuade in which he faced off with fellow action star David Carradine. Recently, You, Me and the Movies posted their reaction video of Lone Wolf McQuade and it is entertaining to watch. I urge you to watch it now.

#2 Minty Comedic Arts’ Invasion U.S.A. Video – Still focused on the late Chuck Norris, his 1985 action movie Invasion U.S.A. was not merely made to entertain moviegoers with lots of explosions, dangerous stunts and hard action. Norris read an article in Reader’s Digest about the presence of hundreds of terrorists running loose in the United States which impacted him as he care about his country and his fellow Americans. This eventually led to the making of Invasion U.S.A. which succeeded commercially as it spread awareness to the American people as to how they can defend themselves in the event foreign terrorists invade their country. Today, Islamic terrorism as well as the entrance of Islamo-Leftist foreigners into America made this 1985 more socially relevant. The story behind the production of Invasion U.S.A. is pretty fascinating, and you can learn more about by watch Minty Comedic Arts’ video below.

#3 Signature Bowls of Happiness in Japan – Do you eat meals served in bowls often? Meals in bowls are common in Japan where rice and noodles are eaten by people daily. Among the many food joints in Japan that offer meals in bowls to customers are a few standouts visited by Nippon TV. What they discovered are very enticing, attractive and delicious to look at. Watch and learn from their video below.

#4 Ranting For Vengeance Slams CBR And Others Who Hate 1980s Anime – I grew up watching lots of anime shows and feature films early in life and the 1980s is a memorable decade. It was during the 1980s when I saw anime productions from the 1970s and the newest ones of the decade. To name some, I saw the 1980s Astro Boy series, Galaxy Express 999, Captain Future, Super Dimension Fortress Macross, Voltes V, Daimos, Mazinger Z and others. While such old anime productions proved to be entertaining, there are still some people out there who bashed them because those productions (and their stories) did not align with their modern day woke agenda. The popular geek entertainment portal CBR published lots of articles saying that the old anime productions did not age well and a lot of readers and netizens followed suit. As such, Ranting for Vengeance slammed them and stood up for 1980s anime backed with detailed explanations. If you are a true fan of anime, watch the video below.

#5 Western Women Who Embraced Islam End Up Wrong – Did you notice that there is a growing number of women in the West who embraced Islam believing the fantasies that it is a religion of peace and is feminist? Indeed, there are these modern-day feminists who considered themselves Islamic without even fully knowing what Islam truly is, why Sharia Law is wicked and what was recorded in the Quran. SaharTV posted several videos about these newcomers to Islam (including one new Muslim woman who was Catholic) who ended up being very wrong and embarrassed. Watch the SaharTV videos below.

#6 The Significance Of Spider-Man 2099 Explained – In late 1992, Marvel Comics launched Spider-Man 2099 #1 which also marked the start of their 2099 franchise of comic books. Under the direction of writer Peter David with artworks done mainly by Rick Leonardi, the futuristic Spider-Man really stood out differently from the classic Spider-Man (Peter Parker) and his own place under Marvel Comics’ banner was established well. Spider-Man 2099 is clearly the most popular of all the Marvel 2099 titles. That said, I found this YouTube video that examines the significance of Spider-Man of 2099. I encourage you to watch it.

#7 Ashleigh Burton’s Reaction To Witness – The 1980s will always be a memorable decade of Harrison Ford’s cinematic performances. During that decade, he appeared in two Star Wars movies and he was the center of attraction in the original Indiana Jones trilogy. Along the way, he appeared in the 1985 crime thriller film Witness in which he played a police detective protecting an Amish woman and her son. The movie earned several Academy Award nominations including Best Picture and even Best Actor for Harrison Ford. Lately, Ashleigh Burton posted her reaction video of Witness and I encourage you to watch it.
