You own some per centage of a game plus window-dressing. It's why I'm a PC gamer now who doesn't play AAA anymore. Indies from Steam and GOG are easy to backup, and I'm not so concerned with the window-dressing, myself. I'd rather waste less plastic AND own my games.

An important piece of content for a 360 game was preorder DLC, they can't get that with the disc! The entire proper ending of Prince of Persia 2008 was DLC! So, unless you're supplying that? There are FIVE pages of ads between the cover page and the start of the actual book. I knew that I wasn't really "buying" the book. I'm merely getting use of it for as long as Amazon allows. But I'm drawing the line at FIVE pages of ads at the start of the book.
I tried returning it this morning, but it "isn't eligible" for return.
Time to go to bookshop.org and get a copy, a real, physical copy, of the book for my shelf.
