It did use to be confusing, you had the free client, and then annually they'd make new applications every year or so for #AcrobatPro subscribers.
It's a little complicated now, but better. You don't have different clients each year, at the very least. And thankfully a few years ago they made a "unified" installer that allows free users to open PDFs (like they could in #AdobeReader), and paid users to use the features they paid for. The only problem with it is that it doesn't work on #ARM.
Once it works on #ARM I do hope they get rid of the standalone free and paid clients. They really should just have one app for all users. -
