Article 25 (any one can be voted by the House as #impeachment worthy) is
"Abuse of Power—Self-Aggrandizement Through the Renaming of Public Institutions, Seizure of Cultural and Civic Property, and Personal Appropriation of National Currency".
The others are valid too, but this is one of my faves.
