I recently binge-watched the latest season of A&E's "HOARDERS" on Netflix. Sadly, I've known six hoarders as close friends during my lifetime, and perhaps more. I’m one of those who fights battles with #clutter and #piles at home. No, it’s not #hoarding. It’s more about the #mental hills we climb to establish and maintain #momentum on a task. I reach a point of #overload and then I #shutdown. In some ways, if I could stop myself hitting mental #barriers then the take themselves are easy. Then #shame can build, and there’s my natural #aversion of people. Maybe I just need to hire a #housekeeper. #actuallyautistic @actuallyautistic
