CW: Mention of mental illness, anxiety, lotr
Its weird like since the first stone in my anxiety chain fell, more continue to fall, it feels like its much more easier for me to stop for a second before acting and thinking...
Yesterday I asked myself why I really have problems trusting people in general...
And this morning it dawned on me I always feared everything might be a test, where its expected of me to perform, to act a certain way, to be a certain way. If I fail I lose.
This was a fear I got when I was around 16 or 17 but the fear became something of a bias which influenced me subconsciousely.
I didnt question the fear anymore it became part of me.
Now I cant but feel like I woke up from a dream now and then that clouded my mind, my whole perception of the world.
I feel a bit like theodin.
