🔹大腦需要降載：工作記憶極度有限。把生活瑣事標準化（如 Simon 的極簡穿著），才能把腦力留給重要思考。
🔹規則讓衝突變產值：立場越兩極的 Wikipedia 團隊，在嚴格的中立規範下反而能寫出最高品質的文章。
🔹所有的遊戲都有規則，而規則本質上就是限制。學會接受並善用限制，反而能幫我們在混亂中找到方向。 -

不過今天更開心的是，個人化mRNA癌症疫苗，今天公告證明對於病人是有很大的幫助。今年癌症的突破，可能是這二十年來最大的，年中的RVMD，到現在的MRNA，替病人開心 !
