火箭實驗室這一兩天跌，其中一個原因可能是中國相當量級的火箭試飛回收成功，那肯定對RKLB有影響，不過也有網友分析，中國的火箭返回大氣層，但是外觀沒有大氣高速摩擦燒蝕的痕跡。

概念不難懂且我也有學習到，但不喜歡這本書的寫作與論述，有些類比太stretched，我更喜歡作者的Range那本。
最近讀的書，正巧背後都有一個共同的核心：「限制」不是束縛，而是釋放能量的起點，上一本有關自由主義的書也是相似的方向跟主張。
幾個我的學習：
🔹 信任來自約束：從中世紀商人到 Uber，賣的都是「信任」。有了制度懲罰違規，陌生人才能放心合作。
🔹限制激發創新：給你絕對自由，你只會用舊套路。限制舊方法（Preclude）並強制新方向（Promote），才是創新的起點。
🔹大腦需要降載：工作記憶極度有限。把生活瑣事標準化（如 Simon 的極簡穿著），才能把腦力留給重要思考。
🔹規則讓衝突變產值：立場越兩極的 Wikipedia 團隊，在嚴格的中立規範下反而能寫出最高品質的文章。
🔹所有的遊戲都有規則，而規則本質上就是限制。學會接受並善用限制，反而能幫我們在混亂中找到方向。 -

價值觀上當然希望民進黨獲勝，但說實話，如果藍白獲勝，反而是拉大距離的好時機。

本地學界籃球盛事、一票難求的學界籃球精英賽四強和決賽，今個星期六、日（15、16 日）首次移師啟德體育園舉行，有別以往公開發售、去年門票 ＄30 一張，今年主辦的學體會免費派飛，男女子四場四強、兩場季軍戰、兩場決賽，會劃分為四個時段，每個時段免費派 1550 張飛，門票今日經快達票公開免費登記索取，每張手續費 ＄15，隨即被搶購一空。
但由今早開始搶飛後，已陸續有人在網上平台放售精英賽門票，小部分免費或提出換飛，亦有部分只索取原本的 ＄15 手續費，不過亦有人趁機轉售圖利，例如一張男子四強賽的門票索價 ＄200，男女子決賽時段訂價 ＄300，甚至兩日賽事全部時段四張門票，原本手續費僅 ＄60，索價 ＄1000。亦有人在網上平台求購精英賽門票，普遍開價 ＄150 到 ＄200 不等。
精英賽門票炒賣引發籃球圈討論，有人提出應效法台灣高中籃球聯賽 HBL，早在 2021 年起，HKB 決賽已採取門票實名制。

A little return visit to part of the Tamsui Kavalan Trails. This section crosses from Fuyang Eco Park in Taipei, to Shenkeng Old Street (of sticky tofu fame) in New Taipei. The route has changed somewhat since I last walked it, and there is now a lot more signage. However, in one or two spots, the signage isn’t too clear and I ended up taking a couple of unintentional detours.

同志與人權團體今晚9點發出聲明，歷經近4年等待，在台北高等行政法院累積5個有利跨國同婚的勝訴判決、在新北市訴願會累積4個有利的訴願決定後，今日內政部正式發函各縣市政府改變過去見解，認為同婚已經是台灣公共秩序的一部分，為了避免個案認定不一，未來除了兩岸同性伴侶，其餘跨國伴侶均適用「涉外民事法律適用法」第8條規定，准予結婚登記！
該聲明表示，遺憾兩岸同性伴侶仍無法結婚，但了解不同政治與公部門夥伴已盡極大努力，感謝過程中努力促成的人，也盼所有支持者繼續陪伴兩岸伴侶，直到可以平等結婚的一刻。
聲明也感謝，包含堅守平權價值、給予跨國同性伴侶勝訴的#台北高等行政法院 及#新北市訴願會，也感謝行政院長#蘇貞昌 4年前挺住公投後的社會壓力，力促#同婚專法 通過，今日再次展現支持#同志平權 的決心，透過內政部函釋還給跨國同性伴侶#結婚權。感謝政務委員羅秉成奔走、司法院1年來陸續發函與溝通、特別致謝#國家人權委員會 委員#紀惠容 接受陳情並持續奔走促成改變。其他立法委員#王婉諭、#邱顯智、#羅美玲、#范雲 也一路支撐跨國伴侶。
聲明最後恭喜所有跨國#同性伴侶 們，今年將真的是最後一次分開過年，明年開春就可以順利結婚！
