Dass ich die GG-Bedeutung des Bundestages schmerzlich vermisse, hat auch mit der heutigen Nacht zu tun.

Vom 2. auf den 3. August 2014 griff die IS-Terrormiliz im Irak auch die jesidischen Siedlungsgebiete an & verübte einen (inzwischen auch mit meinem Gutachten festgestellten) Genozid mit Tausenden von Toten und massiver, sexualisierter Gewalt.

2015/16 nahm das Land BW 1.100 ezidische Frauen und Kinder auf, ich durfte dieses humanitäre Sonderkontingent leiten.

Im Januar 2023 erkannte dann auch der Bundestag einstimmig diesen Genozid an, der geschätzte Abgeordnete Michael Brand (CDU) dankte mir & Prof. Jan-Ilhan Kizilhan sogar namentlich für unseren Einsatz für das SoKo.

Doch dann - ignorierten beide Bundesregierungen den Beschluss des Bundestages und dessen Empfehlungen völlig. Ich verzichtete dann auch auf das Bundesverdienstkreuz.

Heute Nacht werde ich um die Getöteten trauern & an jene denken, die halfen. Und an jene, die Hilfe verweigern.😥🙏

These are especially nice because this session was with very few breaks.

Contrary to popular beliefs you don't need to ride constantly in order to properly train your body
You can take your brakes, do it at the leasure pace. When your body is in the mood to do this in virtually one session it is great.

Don't chase these however, listen to your body. After all you're not a professional cyclists you just keeping your body very healthy, and making sure, that it performs decades younger than it actually is.
