2 simplified ways to #agree these things:

1 = we see #bad, we agree and put those on a list of bad together (such as #banks).

2 = we see #good solutions, we agree they are good / "getting there" / #WIP and put those on a list that improves position / #thinking over #time.

Both ways leaves us with or leads us to what's needed...

キュアアースの見せ場。作戦としても面白い。

キングビョーゲンは、シンドイーネを吸収したほうが良かったのではないか？そうすれば、次の回でプリキュアに敗れることもなかったのでは。
そういえばダルイゼンのことも、巨大化している間に吸収したほうが良かったような口ぶりだし、この詰めの甘さは慢心からのものだったのだろうな。

第27話「私、名探偵になりました。」を視聴。

今週の振り返り実況。

最初にキャラデザを見た第一印象ではそれほどでもなかったけど、キャラデザはあくまでキャラデザ。
動くとまったく別の印象になるのは、どのプリキュアもそう。キュアエクレールの、バレエのような変身バンクは本当に華やかだ。
この先も、この美麗な変身バンクをはしょることがない様にして頂きたい。

くれあが一時的記憶を失ったのは、「心のマコトジュエル」を失ったからだそう。
「心のマコトジュエル」はプリキュアに変身する力そのもの。
また、それを持つ機会がなかったはずのあんなが、何故変身できるのか。
少し前まで行われていた「キュアエクレールは誰」よりも更に大きな謎掛けが、こっそり、しれっと仕掛けられたのではないか。

As usual, the headline doesn't tell the whole story and people freak out in the comments.

The article describes the use of AI to design novel bacteriophages. Bacteriophages are highly specific viruses that only attack - as the name suggests - bacteria, and very particular bacteria at that.

They're being explored as a way to solve the oncoming drug-resistance crisis; as things stand right now, we're looking at deaths from drug-resistant infections rising every year in the near to medium term as overuse of antibiotics cultivates antibiotic resistance in bacteria that only stopped killing us after we invented penicillin.

Bacteriophages are specific enough that you can use them to kill a bacterial infection without harming the patient, and even specific enough to avoid killing other non-pathogenic bacteria - one of the problems with powerful broad-spectrum antibiotics is that they nuke all the bacteria they reach, leaving parts of your body basically free real estate for whatever the next species of bacteria it's exposed to is. If you're lucky (and especially if your appendix is intact) your gut can be recolonised by neutral or helpful bacteria. If you're unlucky, you get a permanent C. difficile infection.

Bacteriophages also have the advantage of being an alternative selection pressure on bacteria. The bacteria can become resistant to bacteriophages - but resistance to antibiotics and resistance to bacteriophages are both resource-intensive for a bacterium to maintain. Evidence suggests it can't do both. If it becomes resistant to a tailored virus, it becomes vulnerable to antibiotics again.

This is not a lab printing hyper-lethal hyper-virulent superplagues. It's not a lab letting Grok run wild with a cultivation vat, either. It's work done with a specific goal in mind that will save lives. Humans are much more complex organisms than bacteria and if you want a bioweapon you don't need to go down this path to get it.

戦いをダラダラ続ければ、プリキュアと別れずに済むという旨のことをダルイゼンは言った。
もちろん本気で言っているのではなく、あくまでヒーリングアニマルたちを小馬鹿にしている。

ヒープリを何度か周回している立場で改めて思うのは、ダルイゼンが性根からの屑であるということ。
