  5. Good I am not really here morning! LOL. Up to #meditate with India shortly. Stillness is so hard for #MissKitty to achieve, but the example is all around. The space. Do you ever notice the space in the room? It never moves, but it holds everything. ♾️♾️♾️ Measuring the objects or speed of objects. LOL.

Before I let the world take me, I need to sit at feet of a Knower of Truth and ask intelligent questions to come to know permanent from impermanent so I may to settle into the Undivided Self.

  26. #MissKitty is not a doctor and your mileage may vary. #Mental #health is the first health. I like my method better than medications. For #ADHD I drink coffee until I go to sleep. For #bipolar I smoke #marijuana, #exercise, and #meditate. The medications are brain death. Not a doctor. My opinion.

  32. My #Guru, Shri #Shivarudra #Balayogi, says that if you #meditate sincerely for an hour a day that you can live like a #genius. I don't have to compare shoe sizes. I just know that when I meditate, I'm smarter!! There is no doubt. So she is off to get smarter for a little while. Back in about 90. 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️
