Yesterday I said #goodbye to the drummer in my #punk band. He'd been with us 4 years and was growing frustrated by a number of factors. I was very 😔 and it fell to me to break the news.

Its the season where i say goodbye to my tutees. It is surprising how attached you can get to people when you have never physically met them. #teaching

#loss is part of life. I feel it very keenly this morning (it's 5am). These people all bought various colours into my life and so I am #thankful However you spin it we are woven together somehow.

Aujourd’hui cela fait 5 jours que je médite quotidiennement, que je prend soin de mon hygiène de vie avec une certaine flexibilité je reste maman, humaine et autiste.

Je trouve cela magique de voir à quel point la vie devient merveilleuse dans son regard personnel quand on décide d’y croire et de le vivre.
Je reçois des nouvelles de personnes totalement inouïe, de l’amour assez merveilleux et totalement gratuit.
Je vis autour de de moi une reconnaissance de mes actes et état d’être et c’est agréable d’être reconnu dans avoir à prouver sa valeur, d’être aimé et apprécié pour ce que je suis naturellement sans avoir à faire 🙏🏽🥹❤️

Plus de rire, de sourire et d’abondance en ma vie.

Aujourd’hui c’est aussi la fin de la nouvelle lune de mai. Du renouveau et c’est sans le savoir que j’ai choisi de m’inscrire à une nouvelle formation pour un nouveau projet.

Je ressens énormément de gratitude envers tout ceux qui contribue à mon évolution, au fait de me sentir utile en ce monde et aussi qui m’apporte autant de bonheur de par leur existence et le fait qu’iel partagent de leurs temps sacré à moi.

La vie est un voyage qu’on fait chaque jour et notre humeur c’est un peu le choix du sens du siège sur lequel on s’assoit, soit on a le mal des transports soit on est dans le sens parfait pour observer les paysages.

Le lâcher prise en fait c’est plus que de l’acceptation c’est aimer chaque situation car elle apporte son lot de surprise.
Ça me rappelle une phrase clefs du chercheur et donc du bon vivant « si tu n’es pas surpris c’est que tu avais des préjugés dans un sens ou dans l’autre. Laisses toi surprendre. Ne t’attends à rien »
